Pricing​
Property Management Plan
We charge a monthly 10% fee.
For example, if your property produces £600 per calendar month, we would take our fee at £60 which would leave the Landlord with £540.

Tenant Sourcing​ Only
We charge a one off payment of £480 plus an additional charge per reference.​
